Our Sicilian Meatloaf (September – March) is made fresh and frozen for you to enjoy when you need a good, easy hearty meal. We start with grass fed beef from the Bar 77 Ranch and B Bar Ranch, and then add red and yellow peppers, red onions, fresh parsley. Then we press it out and jelly roll it with broccoli, provolone cheese, and ham to create a satisfying meatloaf. You will be so glad this is in your freezer waiting to be made for dinner. This ranges 22 oz. to 24 oz. meatloaf– pair it with our Roasted Carrots and twice baked potatoes. This loaf comes with an 8 oz. marinara topper to be baked on top of the meatloaf after the loaf has baked 3/4 of the way or marinara can be warmed to serve on the meatloaf slices.
